We're surfing full throttle into the new year
It is certain. We will start the new Riversurf season on Sunday, May 5, 2024 with an Opensurf. Want to celebrate with us? Then let's go! As usual, we'll be surfing in the Zurich area. To be precise, near Gaswerkstrasse 9 in 8952 Schlieren, right by the bridge. There are plenty of parking spaces downstream at the next bridge (Langwisenstrasse 14a, 8103 Unterengstringen) or in Oberengstringen (Kirchweg 115, 8102 Oberengstringen). Both are about a 10-minute walk away. We start at 9:00 am and then surf until about 1:00 pm. If there is little boat traffic, we will of course continue surfing...
(Cancellation in case of extremely bad weather will be communicated on Instagram. This does not include rain 😉
Anyone who has ever surfed on a bungee or winch and has the basic knowledge for an independent start is welcome. For new enthusiasts, we recommend booking a basic course or a basic session. You can then come along to our next Opensurf.
All you need is your swimsuit, wetsuit and food and you're ready to go.
